Would recommend these shorts. They are a bit on the pricey side for school sportswear, however, they are very good quality, good fit, and keep their shape well. They also wash well.

Huge at the waist

I bought these in age 3-4 for my slim almost 6 year old. They are so wide at the waist they are unwearable and need to be returned. Not for slim children!

My daughter just turned 5 but is petite for her age. I ordered these in a size 3-4, which is what she currently fits into. The length and thighs were fine, but the waistband was huge!
I don't understand because, although she is small for her age, she's well-proportioned to her height - not skinny at all - yet the waistband bulges out! They're too big for her at the waist now, but I'm worried that by the time the waist fits, the length and thighs won't.
Quite disappointed.

super school shorts

bought these shorts for my niece going to secondary school for her PE classes. very good fit and so smart. She loves them as they are so comfy. great buy once again from M & S.
