As this bra has a lot of elastic it can easily cope with weight fluctuation or water retention without becoming uncomfortable. You may want to go for the size below e.g. 36DD rather than 38D because of the stretch, I always have. Straps are wide and have a non slip strip of silicone which is great and the band under the cups does not tend to roll.

I am generally pleased with this bra. It does however feel slightly on the small size for a 38C. I have other similar M and S bras and they are just the right fit, As I bought this in the sale I regard it as good value for money
