Ordered flowers & I got stems

Recently received my 100 stem bouquet maybe I should have paid more attention to the title because thats all I got, stems not a single flower in the bunch in fact two days later & the purple tulips have flowered & about a dozen daffodils my wife was thrilled with her bunch of stems on her birthday. Wake up M&S or you will lose all your loyal customers.
