100 Stem bouquet somewhat wilted.

My partner was thrilled when she opened the box of 100 daffodils and tulips. They were well packaged and looked a treat - until you took them out of the box. The leaves of many of the tulips were twisted and wilted. With in 2 days several of the tulips had bent in half and after 3 days several more. This despite following the care instructions to the letter.
I am very disappointed.

My Aunt said they where beautifully packed and all buds.
All buds blossomed into a beautiful arrangement .
