Lovely Mattress

I ordered this mattress to replace one that we'd paid more than twice as much for and hated. It arrived on the date M&S promised and was delivered by two very helpful and pleasant delivery guys. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and as we bought it when there was a 30% off offer we're really impressed with the value for money it represents.

So comfy

We were a bit wary of buying a mattress 'unseen' but were tempted by the reduced price in the sale. It was certainly worth the gamble! So comfy, but not too soft. I sleep on my side and found it difficult to get comfortable in our old bed, but I have no problem now. The mattress is lovely and deep and just very well made - all the stiching and finishing is of excellent quality.

Nice comfortable mattress

Bought on line to replace an old mattress past its sell by date based on “Which?” reports and good reviews on the M&S site. The decision to purchase was also heavily influenced by the 30% sale reduction, a significant saving. This mattress is very comfortable with just the right support in the right places. The top of the mattress has a good amount of padding and would recommend highly especially when discounted in the sales. The Value for Money rating reflects the discounted price.
Just one thing to be aware of, when I ordered online it was stated as IN STOCK but when I received a phone call for delivery the first available delivery date was five weeks away. As we had a mattress this was not an issue but could deter some buyers. However on delivery we were impressed with the two very helpful delivery chaps, putting on overshoe protectors before proceeding to take the new mattress upstairs.
