a real disappointment

bought this mattress last October, 2010. Delivery people were excellent. However, after only a month of using the (double)mattress i found it had developed a definite dip in the middle. At 7.5 stone I'm no Giant Haystacks, so this distortion must be related to the design or poor quality manufacture.
Now roll into the dip every night and grumble that i really ought to complain.....

We usually buy our bedding,in this case mattress from M&S,as the quality is always good,and the mattress I Purchased this time is no exception.
It meets with my expectations,is high quality,and very satisfying,very comfortable,and would recommend it to anyone
The delivery team were very methodical,and careful,carrying this item into our home,covering their shoes with over shoes ,so as not to bring dirt or dust into the house,it was a job well done by them,a credit to M&S
