Purchase and delivery of mattress was excellent. Unfortunately the integrated topper part of the mattress makes it too soft for someone who is looking for a firmer mattress.

This mattress has literally changed our lives. We no longer suffer with broken sleep and our back issues have almost resolved since sleeping on this wonderful mattress. It suits both our needs - is fairly firm for him but with a lovely soft top for me. The only downside is that it is very hard to get out of in the mornings :-)

Some worries

It is a comfy mattress but after only a month it has dips where we lie, mainly I think due to the soft top flattening. It has been turned every week as recommended but am concerned that there are dips already. My husband and I are not particularly heavy and thought that dips in a bed were a sign that a mattress was wornout. Am not compaining yet but will wait a while to see if deteriorates further.
