Bought natural 1250 mattress in sale, had it for a month now and is the most comfortable mattress we have had, gives excellent support and was great value for a quality mattress.

Worst mattress ever

We bought a memory foam 1250 mattress 16 months ago which at first we thought was absolutely wonderful. After 16 months this is the worst mattress we have ever had. The mattress has what the professionals call 'softened' on either side where we sleep and now have a high ridge right down the middle. I have had to put towels down one side to raise the side otherwise it feels as if you are sleeping on a slope. I have had an independent person visit to assess the mattress but have been told this is quite normal. After 40 years of marriage and several mattresses I am absolutely disgusted that the mattress in now in a state where I would have expected it to be after many years of service and nearing the end of its life. I would definitely not recommend this mattress.

My lovely new mattress

I love it !!!! I love going to bed, I even go to bed instead of taking a nap on the couch.
I woke up one morning and as I became aware again and of how comfy and soft it was, I spread my arms out to cuddle it. ( I had a good laugh at myself once I was fully awake).
The quality is excellent, I'd been looking for a new mattress for a while, tried several out in shops, tried the Marks and Spencer ones at the Merryhill store and decided that's what I was going to buy.
