Agree with other comments about low rise at back

These trousers are ideal for everyday wear as they wash and wear well - despite some bobbling with eventual wear - and don't need ironing. However, do M&S think British women have no bottoms - despite plenty of evidence to the contrary?!! I find their cotton joggers are a better fit but they are too casual for 'town' wear. Please M&S, rethink the design of these trousers with special attention to the rear!

Why are these so LOW at the back. When sitting down they are too low for comfort!! Please make them longer in the rise at the back. otherwise excellent value for money.

I agree, these trousers are a little too low-rise at the back. however, they are a perfect fit everywhere else and they keep their shape all day. Nice heavy weight fabric too.

Good basic trousers.

These trousers fit me perfectly. I am 5' 0" and size 12. I bought a size 12 Short and had to turn a 1" Hem. The cut of the trousers allowed for that. The cut is quite flattering with a smooth line thanks to no zip or pockets. They are comfortable and warm to wear on chilly days.
